What do I do if I have not received my order confirmation?

If 24 hours have elapsed since you placed your order and your order confirmation has not arrived, then call Customer Service at 1-877-422-6932 (toll free in North America) or 519-332-6900.

CanWeb Internet Services Ltd. will provide you with confirmation that your online transaction has been received. First, you will receive an order confirmation number on the web screen as well as an email confirmation that your order has been received. Once your order has been processed you will also receive an email confirmation.
